SENIOR SOUS CHEF
As a prestigious 3 star family run hotel, we are looking for a Senior Sous Chef to join our team. We have a large multi outlet operation with a strong emphasis on fresh, quality food.
The successful applicant will already have extensive similar experience within a similar establishment, and be well versed in C & B for up to 450 covers, plus A’ la carte restaurant and brasserie style operations.
• You will be directly responsible to the Head Chef, and be willing to work in a pro-active team environment.
• You will be able to maintain high levels of hygiene, fridge management, health and safety.
• You will be expected to assist in the training and development of junior staff while maintaining standards in all areas.
• You will be highly motivated and passionate about fresh food, looking to assist the Head Chef to improve quality and service where necessary.

Salary in harmony with current demographic trends; negotiable according to age & experience.
