The Lord Hill Hotel & Restaurants Head Chef has formulated this banqueting menu, which allows you to choose from a range of starters, main courses & desserts & therefore allow you to tailor make your own banqueting menu to suite your individual event.  He has created this eclectic mix of dishes using his knowledge & culinary repertoire that he has gained from working in other renowned establishments around the world, to include America, London & some of the Caribbean Islands as well as working as a chef on some of the worlds top cruise liners.
